Taught by: Airborne Acro
5 (2)Welcome to an exploration of creative movement and flowing connection as we discover the practice of acro yoga and partner acrobatics.
These in-person lessons are offered in San Diego at our home training space in north Pacific Beach. Options are available for a park, or other location as arranged with the instructor. The cost is per lesson, for 1 or 2 people. Each session is customized to the individuals in attendance, reflecting everyone's unique prior experiences, skill sets, and intentions for the practice.
We will cover acro fundamentals as well as progressions towards intermediate and advanced techniques. Lessons consist of a warm-up, skill development, safety & communication practices, and a video recap if desired. Smiles & laughter are not a pre-requisite, but certainly encouraged!
Photo & video capture of skills & poses are available if desired. These lessons can serve as an introduction to the world of acro, a one-off fun experience, as a continuous practice that advances over time. We can also build routines for performances, wedding dances, L-base flows, or other concepts that progress through a series of lessons.
Regardless of skill level or acro ambition, we hope to impart a sense of shared trust, a cultivation of good communication, and a fun way to train and play with others in a dynamic environment. Seek joy, laugh, and learn to fly!
