We aim to provide our users with skills of all types. We don't force those who teach on our site to conform to a generic skill listing, which allows us to support most skills whether they're broad or specific.


Availability of skills vary geographically, so make sure you remember to check back when you travel around the U.S!


Planning a trip? Search for skills to learn at your destination and schedule ahead of time!

If you have an account, you can navigate to your Order History page, choose the order you want to change, then click the cancel button on the order details page. Orders will not be refunded if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled lesson.

If the teacher doesn't show up to the scheduled lesson, you have 3 days to open a dispute on the order details page. The teacher will be able to approve this dispute and a refund will be issued back to you. If they don't respond to the dispute within 3 days, the case will be closed and you will be refunded automatically. If the teacher rebuttals the dispute, you can escalate it to the SkillSnag dispute center providing more details to support your case.

To teach on our platform, check the "I want to teach on SkillSnag" option during registration. Once you've confirmed your email, you will be able to sign in and begin the process of adding skills to teach. Once your account and skill set up is complete, your skill will be available for scheduling.
